The Galleries Shopping Center, 2013

The Bristol Shopping Mall is a home to various specialist shops and has been serving customers for over 20 years. During 2012 the ground floor and the first floor of the Galleries underwent a major refurbishment. 

Our brief was to design and supply a visually attractive lighting scheme appropriate for the modern shopping environment. The Galleries offer a wide range of places to take a break with both restaurants and take- away facilities.

We specified the Cole (a large circular light fitting with 1200 mm diameter) due to its clean design and homogenous light distribution.

With the exposed ceiling, the Cole was the ideal feature light as it is designed for larger impact spaces. The first part of the revamp was finished ahead of schedule and was received very positively by public.
