We were approached by Bryanston School in 2013 with a request to supply an energy efficient architectural lighting solution that would be sympathetic to the architecture of the church. The church has very high ceilings and the infrastructure of the roof is not suitable for recessed installations.
The fitting we put forward is the Itchen Trio from 299 Lighting range. This LED tilt and swivel spot fitting is surface mounted and blends in beautifully with the dark wooden roof construction.
The body of the fitting is black and with a diameter of 80mm it is a perfect solution for accent lighting. The colour temperature of the luminaire is a warm 3000K and the lighting can be dimmed using DALI interface.
The school requested to use one power supply, with the option of controlling every fitting individually. Each individual fitting can be addressed through DALI protocol allowing total flexibility of lighting levels and design.
The touch control panel provides 3 scene settings and enables ease of user control on a day to day basis.
299 delivered the lighting on time and to the customer's satisfaction on a competitive budget.
