299 Lighting were delighted to have the opportunity to supply the lighting for this high -end residential property in Bristol. We supplied the architectural lighting and commissioned the controls for the basement, with it's stunning kitchen space and the ground floor which is used for entertaining. Both of the floors were ideal for some show stopper pieces.

The owners of the property desired two different design concepts to be present in the final design. The male element of the design being embodied by the minimalist intelligent fittings, with the female element presented by stunning intricate show pieces- blending seamlessly together and creating a warm family space.

In the living room we supplied a direct/indirect wall fitting Caleo W4 Mini in 2700K colour temperature to provide a warm light and creating  a visual effect on the walls.

The beautifully decorative feature pendant in the living room is the Diamante from Vistosi, featuring 24 drops suspended around 2 large corona ceiling plates.

Made from high quality Murano glass, this pendant truly is a  grand centre piece which has a great visual depth that casts a starburst pattern on the ceiling.

The difficult space of the 9m shaft in the central hall presented the team with few challenges. The design brief was to create a strong visual impact in this area.  The matte black Falling Water 9 by Tobias Grau was installed in a challenging position with the cluster of cascading LED drops. The organically shaped pendant is visible from the master bedroom and the lighting can be enjoyed by all visitors to the house.

The requirement for the Entrance Hall was to use a contemporary light fitting of an unusual shape with a very sober design.

The Body from Tobias Grau with opal glass was chosen, providing a stunning display on entering the property. The stairwells were populated with the Falling Star Wall from Tobias Grau in gloss White colour.

In the kitchen, plaster in downlights were used with the aim of the lighting blending seamlessly into the ceiling. The bone china porcelain pendants  from Tobias Grau were applied above the kitchen island. The red LED pendant Money from Tobias Grau was used above the kitchen table.

All the supplied lighting is fully dimmable and can be controlled through a wireless Rako control system. Rako offers a state of the art digital dimming technology. Our team commissioned the lighting controls for the client.

Altogether, we have created a great mix of modern intelligent lighting with a stunning large centre piece. The client was very happy with the outcome.
