Situated in the hearth of the Waterfront district, alongside Queens Square, Narrow Quay House offers a high quality office space. The prestige location of this development is easily accessible from all areas of the City Centre, making it an attractive proposition to its tenants.

The recent major refurbishment of Narrow Quay House has put this quality office development among the most desirable offices in Bristol.

The extensive transformation was uncompromising with the main focus being sustainability and energy efficiency.

The project specification for Narrow Quay House came from Ramboll and the main contractor working on the project was TClarke. 299 Lighting worked alongside the specifier and contractor supplying the large feature lighting for the main reception area.

The large ring-shaped feature lighting was the pivotal point of the sales and design process. Four Ringo Star fittings from Lightnet with a diameter of 1.5 meters were specified with the aim of creating a wow factor to the already impressive reception area.

The Ringo Star was equipped with an independent Dali dimming system. The independent dimming was a must have feature allowing the user to customise the uplight and downlight function in independent fashion adding another dimension to the space.

Our team supported the project with numerous site visits and provided post project support. The lighting was supplied on time to the satisfaction of the client.
