Broadgate Estates, 2014

199 Bishopsgate, Broadgate, is a 146,000 sq ft grade A office building found within one of the world's most prestigious office locations. The quality and scale of the office spaces in this part of London, together with the meticulous planning process make this location very unique.

In the offices with lay in grid ceiling, we utilised the 600x600 recessed fiting Nile. This economical Cat2 fitting with gullwing style louvre distributes light evenly and was fitted with a PIR sensor.

Lostock downlighters were used in the areas with low ceiling void. All supplied lighting could be delivered on the Express 10-15 days delivery.

The result is very contemporary and the office looks like a very exciting place to be working in. The project was completed in Feburary 2014.

Working on a project like this is always very exciting and when we heard that the project was going ahead, we could not wait to see the finished interior. This was our

most prestigious project so far!

Our team started working on the project in the last quarter of 2013.  We created the lighting design and supplied the office lighting for the 11th floor of this building.

The design brief was to deliver a direct/indirect suspended profile which would blend in seamlessly into all open space areas. The same style lighting was to be used for the meeting rooms. The exposed ceilings were calling for industrial looking office lighting.
